Refunds & Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. The 14 days return policy applies from the day in which the customer physically receives the product. Once the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same sellable condition in which it was received with all accessories returned. Returned items must arrive in the same condition as dispatch, unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. Please keep in mind, we don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we’re not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
Only when we have received the product and carried out a thorough inspection and have determined that the item is in a reasonable condition will we process your return.
Once we receive the returned device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process a refund.
Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
Denied Packages from Customs
Each customer is in charge of paying their countries import fees and taxes. If you decline to pay your duties and your order is returned to us, we will refund you the purchase amount less all shipping/customs costs. The exact amount will be given to you via email when receiving your returned amount.
Please note: when a package is returned to us, we pay shipping prices twice, once for the original shipment and another time for it to be returned, both these costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
All of our BodyPulse products are supplied with a complimentary 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event of product failure or malfunction, simply return your product to our UK address and we will replace your item free of charge. Full details of the warranty terms and exclusions are included in the User Manual. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase for future reference.
Returning your item:
Please email us at email@example.com - so we can provide you with our returns address for you to ship the item to. As explained we do not pay for any returns shipping and this must be paid for by the customer.
When returning the item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your own peace of mind.
