Shipping policy


We offer Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked for all orders to the UK. This is a premium fully tracked service and you will receive a tracking number upon confirmation of dispatch.  Expected delivery time is 1-2 working days, excluding weekends or public holidays.


We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (GMT) the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following day, within 24 hours of purchase.

We hold all our stock in the UK and dispatch from our warehouse based in Blackburn, England. 

We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Please note that we are unable to ship on weekends or Bank Holidays, due to Royal Mail and DPD operating hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.



How long will it take to receive my order? 

Once you place your order, please allow 24 hours to process and dispatch your order during Monday-Friday working hours.

Depending on the delivery method selected, most orders arrive within 1-2 days in the UK.

Can I change my address? 

In most circumstances, it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it due to our fast turn around time.

However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our team as soon as possible for advice.

We are not responsible for failed delivery to incorrect or invalid addresses. Please ensure all contact and address details are correct at the time of purchase, and get in touch immediately if you notice something is wrong. 

If an invalid, misspelled or old address is provided, you may be charged an additional fee to rearrange delivery.  


Lost/Stolen Packages: 

Bodypulseuk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to support you. As all orders have tracking information included, issues are extremely rare. 

In the event that your order has not been received within 14 days of the expected date, we will dispatch another set to you and request an investigation with Royal Mail. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched and your order is in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. Get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. Please wait for the item to be delivered, and return unopened to the address provided by our team to be eligible for a refund. Return fees will be incurred by the buyer in the event of cancellation, or an equivalent re-stocking fee of 10%.
